James Joseph "Joe" Frank IV

James Joseph “Joe” Frank IV, 35, of New Bern, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021.

A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date and may be viewed on the Latitude Church of New Bern’s Facebook page.

Joe was born June 5, 1985 and was a lifelong resident of New Bern.  He attended West Craven High School and Latitude Church of New Bern.  Joe was a devoted son, a loving father and his brother’s best friend.   He was a talented artist who loved music and to write poetry.  Joe will always be remembered for his infectious smile, compassionate heart, and a beautiful soul.  He will be terribly missed by all whose lives he has touched.

He is survived by his mother, April Frank; son, James Joseph “Seph” Frank V of Elizabeth City; and brother, Vincent Thomas Frank of New Bern.
