Jackie Lee Norris

Jackie Lee Norris, 70, of Swansboro, North Carolina, passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. 

Born on August 3, 1953, Jackie was the son of the late Ezra and Pearline Norris. Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Jackie moved to Carteret County 15 years ago where living on the coast was a perfect fit for his love of fishing. Notably recognized for his proficiency in the painting business, Jackie leaves behind a legacy of dedication and skill in his craft. He will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 19 years, Deborah M. Norris; stepson, Daniel Wall (Wendy) of Princeton, NC; brother-in-law, Curtis Yates of Swansboro; and 5 step-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Jackie was preceded in death by his siblings, Frances Yates, Doris Norris, and Bobby Norris.
