Ida Lou (Morrison) Tipton

Ida Lou Topton, 62, of Harlowe, died on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Carteret General Hospital.

A private graveside service will be held at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville,  where she will be buried with her husband the late Dennis Ray Tipton.

Born on December 8, 1952, to the late, James Alvin Morrison and Velma Hicks Morrison of Hot Springs, Arkansas, she was the youngest of four children.

She is survived by her grandson, Derrin A. Wells of Beaufort.

In addition to her beloved husband, and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Ray; two sisters, and a brother.
