Helen Daniels Gray, 80, of Atlantic, died Friday, March 26, 2010 at Carteret General Hospital.
Mrs. Gray was a member of Atlantic United Methodist Church, and was employed at Taylor Extended Care for 26 years.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday at Atlantic United Methodist Church with Pastor David Thick officiating. Interment will follow at Atlantic Community Cemetery.
She is survived by three daughters, Audrey Willis and husband Byron of Harkers Island, Robin Morris and husband Jimmy of Sea Level, and Mary Willis and husband Jimmy of Atlantic; sister, Alice Day of Cedar Island; six grandchildren, Byron Willis, Jr., Rachel Jernigan, Isaac Willis, James Morris, Julius Morris, and Maria Pepperman; and 16 great grandchildren, Courtney, Cody, Sarah, Tyler, Jack, Isaac, Jr., Jacy, Riley, Zoey, Charlie, Hailey, Zachary, Elizabeth, Ayden, Ryan, Jr., and Noah.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Julius Gray, two daughters, Elwanda and Rachel Gray, parents, George and Mabel Daniels, sister, Violet Daniels, and two brothers, Calvin and Robert Daniels.
The family will receive friends following the service at the home of Robin Morris.
