Raised in Atlantic, NC, graduated from Atlantic High School. She was the widow of Robert Raeburn. She is survived by two sons Stephen D. Raeburn and wife Lynn of Morehead City, and Charles F. Raeburn and wife Vicki of Cold Spring, NY: four grandchildren Stephen M. Raeburn of Wilmington, NC, Daniel L. Raeburn and wife Jami of Morehead City, Robert W. Raeburn and Katherine E. Raeburn of New York, NY: a sister Elsie Horton and husband James of Louisburg, NC.
In lieu of flowers , the family requests that contributions be made to CGH Foundation PO Box 1619, Morehead City, NC 28557, which benefits Carteret General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 am Saturday at All Saints Anglican Church, 292 Mc Cabe Road, Newport, NC.
