Grady Marshall Gregory

Grady Marshall Gregory, 70, of Ocean, NC, died Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Friday at Cape Carteret Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Clubb officiating.

Mr. Gregory was in the fire service for 42 years in which he served the last 13 years as the Deputy Fire Marshall for the town of Cary. He was a member of Cape Carteret Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lynda Gregory of the home; daughter, Marsha Stancil and husband Chris of Angier, NC; sons, Marty Gregory and wife Sherrie, also of Angier, NC and Timothy Blinsmon and wife Cora of Durham, NC; grandchildren, Samuel Stancil, Abby Gail Stancil, Naomi Stancil, Timothy Blinsmon and Juli-Anna Blinsmon.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cape Carteret Baptist Church Building Fund, 101 Anita Forte Drive, Cape Carteret, NC 28584
