Gloria Faye Brown

Gloria Faye Brown, 75, of Beaufort, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Pruitt Health Care.
Gloria owned and operated the local Kingburger where she was affectionally called “Aunt Tee”. She was also employed at Beaufort Drug for fifteen years and an active member of Maranatha Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and aunt who will truly be missed.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Maranatha Pentecostal Holiness Church in Beaufort with Rev. Marty Warren officiating. Interment to follow at Carteret Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends one hour prior to the service at Maranatha Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Gloria is survived by her daughter, Donna Gillikin and husband William “Decatur” of Beaufort, NC; step son, Stephen Brown and wife Becky of Wilmington, MA; brother, John “Tommy” Moore Sr. of Beaufort, NC; sister, Hazel Guthrie and husband Capt. Jimmy of Beaufort, NC; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ronelda (Lloyd) Moore; and sister, Virginia Gillikin.
