Glenn Farris Chadwick, 48, of Morehead City, died Friday October 26, 2012 at Harborview Health Center.
The family will conduct a memorial service 11:00 am Wednesday at Marshallberg Baptist Church.
Mr. Glenn was a member of Marshallberg Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sisters Debbie Davis and husband Mickey of Davis, NC and Glenda Chadwick Guthrie and husband Mossy of Marshallberg, NC: two brothers Sterling Wayne Chadwick of Morganton, NC and Michael Chadwick and wife Virginia of Gloucester, NC: and five nephews and three nieces.
He was preceded death by his parents Sterling and Romona Chadwick.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 930-B Wellness Dr. Greenville, NC 27834.
