Glenda (Beacham) Taylor

Glenda Beacham Taylor, 59, of Sea Level, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Carteret General Hospital.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at First Free Will Baptist Church in Beaufort with Rev. Jim Rose and Rev. Richard Patterson officiating. Interment will follow at Carteret Memorial Gardens.
Glenda was a charter member of New Hope Baptist Church of Beaufort.
She is survived by her husband, Errol Taylor of Sea Level; a son, Andrew Taylor of Beaufort; a daughter, Janice Taylor Creel and husband John of Gloucester; mother, Hilda Beacham of Beaufort; sisters, Joyce Styron of Sea Level, and Mary Jones of Morehead City; and brothers, Steve Beacham of Williston, and Lester Beacham of Beaufort.
She was preceded in death by her father Steve "Inky" Beacham.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to New Hope Baptist Church PO Box 2093 Beaufort, NC 28516.
