Glenda Lee (Wiseman) Shell

Glenda Shell, 77, of Newport, died Friday, January 28, 2011 at Carteret General Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday at Parkview Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Hinton officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jack Shell, Sr. of the home; two daughters, Dayna Kotowski and husband Tony of Oxford, MI and Laurie Howard and husband Kevin of Eden, NC; son, Jack Shell, Jr. of the home; seven grandchildren, Kyle Kotowski of Oxford, MI, Alison Kettlewell and husband Jacob of Rochester, MI, Stephanie Shell-Carr and husband Jeremy of Toledo, OH, Aaron Howard and wife Jenn and Justin Howard all of Eden, NC, Jered Shell of Louisville, KY, and LCpl. Jordan Shell of Okinawa, Japan; and five great-grandchildren, Lillian Kettlewell, Baillie Howard, Nathan Howard, Haydn Kotowski, and Tyler Carr.

The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Monday at Munden Funeral Home.
