Georgia Fulcher Springle, 88, of Morehead City, died Friday, December 3, 2010 at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
She was a long-standing and active member of Franklin Memorial United Methodist Church in Morehead City, and was a member of AARP.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday at Franklin Memorial United Methodist Church.
She is survived by son Charles L. Springle, Jr. and wife Hilda of Raleigh; son-in-law Barry Wallace of Oklahoma City, OK; seven grandchildren: Georgia Lynn, Suzanne, Michael and wife Lisa, Tara and husband Dan, Melodi, Tiffany, and Sean; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; niece Johnise Molloy; and a dear friend Bernice Nobles of Morehead City.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles L. Springle, Sr., son Michael Springle, and daughter Phyllis Wallace.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
