George Quichocho Acfalle

George Quichocho Acfalle, 69, of Havelock, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Carolina East Medical Center

A funeral mass to honor George’s life will be held at 12 p.m., Thursday, June 6^th at Annunciation Catholic Church. Interment, with military honors, will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 12 p.m., Thursday, June 6^th at Annunciation Catholic Church.

George was born on February 22, 1955, in Agana, Guam, to the late Jose and Marie Acfalle. After completing high school, George dedicated himself to serving in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer until his honorable release in 1982.

In 2000, George and his family relocated to Havelock, North Carolina where he was employed at Marine Corps Air Station as an Industrial Mechanic until his retirement in 2017. A man known for his strong work ethic and dedication, George loved the outdoors and enjoyed farming on his ranch.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Jeonalina Labanon Acfalle; sons, George Acfalle, Nathaniel Acfalle, and Jonathan Acfalle, all of Havelock, NC; and brothers, Joaquin Acfalle of Guam and Richard Acfalle of Texas.
