Gary Allen Warren, 57, of Morehead City, died Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Carteret General Hospital.
Mr. Warren was employed with Civil Service for 23 years.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Smyrna Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Vance Harrell officiating. Interment with Masonic Rites will follow at North River United Methodist Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Warren of Bettie; daughter, Melisa Nelson and husband Shawn of Beaufort; grandchild, Noah Nelson of Beaufort; step-daughters, Ashley Roberts and Megan Roberts both of Beaufort; step-granddaughter, Paisley Simpson of Beaufort; sister, Gale May and husband Ricky of Louisburg; brothers, Ronnie Warren of Beaufort and Tony Warren and wife Rhoda of Hubert; brother-in-law, Marvin Earl Murphy of Davis; and sister-in-law, Kathy Warren of Morehead City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Pauline Warren, brother, Richard Warren, and sister, Pauline Murphy.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home.
