Gabriella Gill Gulley

Gabriella Gill Gulley, 77, of Emerald Isle, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023, peacefully at her home.

Gabriella was born on September 11, 1945, in Greensboro, North Carolina, and adopted by the late Joseph and Ruth Gill of Guilford County. In 1984 she married Victor (Vic) Gulley, and they raised five children. She was a stay-at-home mom who loved her family, horses, and never knew a stranger. Gabriella was a lady of strong faith, a member of the First Baptist Church in Swansboro, where she was active in bible studies and a volunteer in church child care.

Gabriella was also active in “Red Hats”, Meals on Wheels, and the Carteret Woman’s Club. She was very much loved and liked by everyone she met. She will be missed by many.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert Victor Gulley, of the home; two sons, Doug Campbell (Kim), Chris Smith (Pam); two daughters, Gabriella Christen (Ryan), Robin Juarez; one step-son, Patrick Gulley; 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and two loving fur babies.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the children’s charity of the donors choosing.
