Frances Pittman

Frances Pittman, 70, of Pine knoll Shores passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at St. Francis by the Sea Episcopal Church with Pastor Everett Thomas officiating.
She is survived by her husband, Graham Pittman of the home; one daughter, Kara Lynn Pittman of Chapel Hill; one son, Michael Pittman Jr. and wife Elizabeth Sainz of Durham, NC; one grandchild, Oscar Graham Pittman; one brother, Eric Melton and wife Leslie of Birmingham, AL; two sisters, Alice Moore and husband Steve of Morehead City and Cathy Hubbard of Roanoke Rapids, NC.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Melton and Neaner Mae Faithful; and three brothers, Russell “Rusty” Melton, Ronald Melton and Benjamin Melton.
