Evelyn was born on November 11, 1943, in New Bern, NC, to the late Milford and Lucille Mann. She took great pride in her appearance and cherished her time at the salon, always leaving with a bright smile and perfectly styled hair. Evelyn’s love for cooking brought both family and friends together. She loved creating memories around the table. A faithful and devoted member of Maysville First Baptist Church, she loved her church family and enjoyed singing hymns. Evelyn cherished her family and found happiness just being in their company. She will forever be remembered for her kind heart, love of music, and dedication to family and faith.
