Eva Iris Coats, 83, of Beaufort, died Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Carolina East Medical Center.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday at Munden Funeral Chapel with Pastor Manley Rose officiating. Interment will follow at Carteret Memorial Gardens.
She is survived by her husband, Don Coats of the home; daughter, Donna Coats Riley of New Bern; sister, Ina Mae Willis of Stacy; and brother, Donnie Ray Russell of Beaufort.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nina and Johnnie Russell, brother, Jack Sherriff Russell, and a sister, Katherine Thomas.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
