Essie Inez (Lewis) Taylor

Essie "ET" Lewis Taylor, 84, of Broad Creek, died Wednesday December 26, 2012, at her home.
A graveside service will be 3:00 Friday at Broad Creek Community Cemetery with Rev. Manley Rose officiating.
Ms. Essie retired from Blue Bell Shirt Factory in Morehead City after 25 years of service and went to work for Civil Service at Cherry Point and retired from there after 40 years of service and made many friends and was known by many as "ET".
She is survived by three grandchildren Penny Page and husband Mack of Hubert, Cecilia Ann Taylor and finacee Ernie Mellon of Broad Creek, and Bobby Bell Jr., of Newport: two great grandchildren Jeffrey Page of Hubert, and Nikki Hornacek and husband Michael of Frederickberg, VA: two great great grandchildren Ainsley Page, and Jaxsen Hornacek: and one great great grandchild which will be here in April.
She was preceded in death by her husband Benny Taylor, and parents Brady and Gurthel Lewis, and a son Roy Lee Taylor.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at her home located at 417 Broad Creek Loop Rd.
Flowers are welcome or memorial donations may be made to the Charity of one's choice.
