Erma (Williford) Riggs

Erma Riggs, 76, of Newport, died Sunday, November 27, 2011 at Carteret General Hospital.
Mrs. Riggs was a member of Church of God in Newport. She worked at Blue Bell Factory and Cross Creek Apparel for over 35 years.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
She is survived by three daughters, Pandora Edwards, Joy Riggs, and Trenia Greenfield all of Newport; two sons, Marvin Riggs and Douglas Riggs, both of Newport; two sisters, Edna Futtrell of Richlands, and Sadie Williams of Kinston; two brothers, Marvin Williford of Lenoir, and David Williford of Georgia; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 7:00 pm Tuesday at Munden Funeral Home.
