Eric Nelson Breuer, 37, of Fort Bragg, passed away Friday, August 12, 2016 at Carolina East Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ben Horton officiating.
Eric was an alumni of Havelock High School, class of 1997. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. His main focus in life was to raise his son Matthew and support his wife Jessica in her career while stationed at Fort Bragg. Eric enjoyed sports and fishing. He never met a stranger and was generous to all.
Eric is survived by his wife, Jessica Breuer; son, Matthew Breuer; mother, Pam Brown and husband Dan of Gloucester, NC; father, Mark Breuer and wife Julie of New Bern, NC; brother, Kyle Breuer of Hampstead, NC; niece, Raina; nephews, Travis, Nathan, and Danny; and maternal grandmother, Ethel Wurl.
He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Breuer; and brother, Jay Michael Breuer.
The family will welcome friends one hour prior to the service at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City.
