Elizabeth "Betty" Small

Elizabeth “Betty” Small, 94, Mill Creek, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Cherry Point Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A funeral service to honor Betty’s life will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Graham Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiated by Pastor Chad Graham. Interment to follow at Graham Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Munden Funeral Home. For those unable to attend, the service can be viewed through her obituary page on Munden Funeral Home’s website. The service will remain on the Funeral Home website for 90 days.

Betty was born on August 13, 1929, in McMinnville, Oregon, to the late William and Nellie Hardy.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her daughter, Patty Haynes and husband Tommy of Mill Creek; sons, Ernie Small and wife Georgiana, and Jimmy Small, all of Mill Creek, and Bobby Small of Newport; and grandchildren, Lori Ford of Morehead City, Ryan Small and Kyle Small (Blair) of Mill Creek, Anthony Braxton, Jared Braxton, Joel Braxton and Jessica Small.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Alice M. Schindler.
