Elem "Buster" Ray Fulcher
October 27, 1941 — February 19, 2014
Elem Ray Fulcher "Captain Buster" of Morehead City went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 19, 2014.
A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 pm Saturday at Munden Funeral Home.
He was a tugboat Captain for over forty years, and traveled extensively abroad.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elem and Bertha Fulcher, brothers Gregory and Dolan Fulcher.
He is survived by his sister Joyce Ryley and husband John of Maine; and extensive family in Texas, Kentucky, and North Carolina.
He will be greatly missed and remembered. Fair winds and safe sailing Capt.
