Eleanor Ruth (Guthrie) Jackson

Eleanor R. Jackson, 82, of Swansboro, passed away Monday, December 9, 2013 at Crystal Coast Hospice House.
A funeral will be held 1:00 pm Thursday at Peletier First Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Brandon Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
She is survived by two sons Thomas C. Jackson, Jr., of Peletier, and Daniel Evan Jackson of Peletier; a daugther Lorri Jones and husband Lynn of Peletier; four grandchildren April, Melanie, Amber, and Deanna; two step grandchildren Brandon, and Brittiny; four great grandchildren Porter, Taylor, Dillon, and Danielle; six step great grandchildren Cayden, Selene, Natalie, Walter Wayne, James Doward, and Paul Lymon; and one brother James Evan Guthrie, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents James and Grace Guthrie.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home.
