Elda Jo Davis, 64, of Davis, died Monday May 21, 2012, Carteret General Hospital.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Friday at Davis Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Mercer and Rev. Jim Springston officiating. Interment will follow at Oscar Davis Cemetery.
Elda was a past member of Davis Free Will Baptist Church and she attended The Lighthouse Community Church in Stacy.
She is survived by children Christie Lynn Davis of the home, Bobbie Jo Davis of the home, and Ray Winchester of Davis: two brothers Elton L. Smith of the home, and Robert Taylor of Ohio: four grandchildren: and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Davis, son Michael Winchester, and brother Michael Smith.
Vistation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday at Davis Free Will Baptist Church.
