Elaine M. Forberg

Elaine M. Forberg, 75, of Newport and Hubert, NC and Park Forest, IL, died Tuesday, August, 23, 2011 at Croatan Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Services will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Forberg was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Jacksonville, NC. She was a retired registered nurse and member of the Park Forest Nurses Club.

Mrs. Forberg is survived by her four daughters, Shirl of Newport, NC, Gail, Julie, and Hope; four sons, Gary and Jimmy, all of Washington state, and Bret and Lee, both of IL; brother, Wes; sister-in-law, Judy; mother-in-law, Clara; brother-in-law, Tom, all of FL; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Don and second husband, Chuck.
