Edward Lee Lewis, 73, of Peletier, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Salter Path United Methodist Church with Rev. David Bratton and Rev. Keith Russell officiating. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Bogue.
He is survived by a son Jan Edward Lewis and wife Holly of Salter Path, NC; brother Garland Lewis and wife Ellie of Ocean; sisters Dena Eubanks and husband Melvin of Maryville, TN, and Mary Hardison and husband Dean of Jacksonville, NC; grandchildren Bailey and Cody Lee Lewis; and special niece Angie Trott.
He was preceded in death by his parents Richard "Dock" and Junnie Lewis, and a brother George Lewis.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
