Edith Virginia Baldwin (Mitchem) Kimberlin

November 30, 1931 — January 26, 2015

Edith Mitchem Baldwin Kimberlin, 83, of Morehead City, died Monday, January 26, 2015 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, January 28th at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alan Causey officiating.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 31st at Mercer Funeral Home in Bluefield, West Virginia, Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by four daughters, Carolyn Virginia Baldwin Tabor, Nancy Baldwin Jackson and husband Tim, Betty Baldwin Donnelly and husband Jim, and Mary Baldwin and spouse Paul Graham all of Morehead City; two brothers, Larry Wayne Mitchem and wife Lucille of Deleware and Bobby Ray Mitchem and wife Betty of Iva, SC; sister, Phillis Mabe of Montcalm, WV; grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Gonzalez of San Diego, CA, Patrick Tabor of Okinawa, Japan, Brandi Stanley of Denham Springs, LA,and Monica Baldwin Stultz of Bluefield, WV; and great-grandchildren, Zoe Gonzalez, Ginny Gonzalez, Erin Gonzalez, Donny Gonzalez and Alyssa Stanley.

She was preceded in death by her first husband of 25 years, Dyer Baldwin, second husband of 32 years, Harry Kimberlin; parents, Roy and Elsie Mitchem; son, James Dyer Baldwin; brother, Eugene Mitchem; and sisters, Janice Hunter and Shirley Spencer.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Munden Funeral Home.

There will be a visitation 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, January 30th at Mercer Funeral Home in Bluefield, WV, or other times at the home of her granddaughter, Monica Stultz.
