Edith Mae (Taylor) Jarman

September 11, 1918 — August 22, 2013

Edith Taylor Jarman, 94, of Havelock, died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Cherry Point Bay Nursing Center.

A funeral will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Harlowe United Methodist Church with Rev. Kelli Sorg and Rev. Jim Marshburn officiating. Interment will follow in church cemetery.

Edith was a member of Harlowe United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons Donald Small and wife Linda of Harlowe, and Charles Small and future wife Tressa Taylor of Oaho, HI;daughter in-law Brenda Small Leinthall; two sisters Edna Blanton of Asheville, and Hazel Ives of Atlantic Beach; seven grandchildren Belinda Daniel, Carla Adams, Carlton "Tony" Small, Jr., Chris Small, LaDonna Mangum, Jeffery Small, and Tanya Sewell; and fifteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Alvin Jarman, a son Carlton Small, and sister Ruth Smith.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Flowers are welcome or memorial donations may be made to Harlowe United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund c/o Jim Shady Rt 3 126 Shell Landing, Beaufort, NC 28516.
