Dr. Martin Thomas Lewis, 85, of Beaufort, died Sunday, September 25, 2011 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday Munden Funeral Home Chapel Rev. Manley Rose officiating.
Dr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Billie Soles Lewis of the home; two daughters, Camille Alisa Lewis of Beaufort and Sabrina Lewis Russell of Morehead City; son, Mark Eliot Lewis of Marshallberg; and two grandchildren, Oliver Russell and Alexandra Russell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Carteret County Humane Society, PO Box 357, Newport, NC 28570.
