Dr. Elizabeth Ann Tyndall

Dr. Elizabeth Ann Quinn Tyndall, Ph.D., 67, of Morehead City, passed away Monday, April 25, 2016 at home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 Sunday, May 1, 2016 at All Saints Anglican Church with the Rev. Dave Linka officiating.  A reception to greet the family will immediately follow in the fellowship hall.

Ann loved traveling with her husband Bob and hiking through the national parks with a goal of visiting every single one, a goal almost completed.  She loved her flowers, the water, music, her friends, cooking, sharing and her precious family and dog Bayou.  A former Winston Salem Business Woman of the Year, Ann is an accomplished writer, author and international speaker.  She founded the Culinary Club in Morehead City, wrote and served as a consultant for the National Dairy Council, Bojangles, Sara Lee, Integon, and numerous others.  She touched the lives of many with her kindness, style, passion, perspective and encouragement.  She will be sorely missed by so many.

Ann loved flowers, the parks, music, animals, nature and floating on the sound with Bob on the “Slice of Lime”.

Ann is survived by her husband of 46 years, the love of her life, Bob Tyndall; her precious sister, Janet Quinn Ladenburger and husband Ed; her “little dumplins”, nephew Dillon Ladenburger and niece Rachel Claire Ladenburger and her little black dog, Bayou.
