Dorothy "Dot" Bray Hall
July 25, 1929 — September 2, 2013
Dorothy (Dot) Bray Hall was born in Raleigh, NC on July 25, 1929. She went to be with Jesus on September 2, 2013.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday at Bogue Banks Baptist Church with Rev. Stephen Bath officiating.
Dot was a woman of deep faith and conviction, she showered unconditional love and acceptance on evryone she knew. Dot was person who, in every breath, thought of each person she met before herself; instilling in all astrong love of family and respect. She touched and enriched so many lives, creating many happy people along the way.
A wonderful wife, mother, friend, mema, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. Dot is survived by her husband of 61 years, A.C. Hall, Jr.; and his sister, Helen Bosse; son, Rick and his wife Vida; son, Barry and his wife Kaye; daughter, Donna Nally and her husband Austin; son, Tod and his partner Gorm; six grandchildren, Kellie, Lauren, Zach, Luke, Matthew and Taylor. She was also blessed with four great-grandchildren, Zoe, Lois, Addie and Eva Grace. "Wow, double wow!" She is also survived by her nephew, Jeff Bray and his wife Claudia; her niece, Marsha Kryzewski and her husband Ken.
Dot will be greatly missed here on this earth but our loss is Heaven's gain. Her family looks forward to the day they will be reunited with their beloved wife and mom.
