Dorothy Byrd Fay, 75, of Newport, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Carteret Health Care.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Fay of the home; daughter, Donna Marie Jones of Havelock; sons, Frederick Joseph Mooney of Newport, David Gary Mooney of Washington, DC, Paul Francis Mooney of Arkansas; and 2 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Amila Creech.
