Doris Jean Buck, 77, of Crab Point, died Wednesday September 19, 2012, at Harborview Health Care Center.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at Crab Point Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. John Shackleford, and Dr. Rev. Steve Castle officiating. Interment to follow service at Gethsemane Memorial Park with Rev. Paul T. Stallsworth officiating.
She is survived by a daughter, Anna McKeel and husband Ed of Newport, two sons Andy Buck and wife Denise, and Jamie Buck and Hope, all of Crab Point; seven grandchildren, Dessari and Dedan Langston of Raleigh, Angela and Adam Sabourin of Newport, David Buck of Crab Point, Heather McKeel of Newport, Hollie Buck of New Orleans, LA, KayTea McKeel and Larry of Buies Creek, and Grantville, PA, and Jonathan Buck of Raleigh; and four great-grandchildren, Kristina and Aidan Flanigan of Ohio, Ayden Bredankamp of Jacksonville, FL, and Zachary and Zoe Sabourin of Newport.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roland Glenn Buck and son Eric Dale Buck.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 Friday at Munden Funeral Home.
