Dock Franklin Brown, 87,of Kinston, died Monday, March 26, 2012 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
A private service with private burial will be held at a later date.
He is survived by two sons, Stephen A. Brown and wife Karla of Waldorf, MD and Gregory Brown and wife Beth of Kinston; five grandchildren, David Brown of Kinston, Christy Tafoya of New Mexico, Amy Brown, Laura Brown and Stephen A. Brown, Jr. all of Maryland; three great-grandchildren, Ryan Torres, Audrey and Alex Tippett, all of Maryland; a number of nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen Brown, son, Danny Brown, father, Harlee Brown, mother, Mary Lane Ipock, brother, Richard Brown.
