Diane Zook

Diane Zook, 83, of Atlantic Beach, passed away Monday June 27, 2016 at Crystal Bluffs.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Thursday, June 30, 2016 with the Rev. Stephen Bath officiating at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Diane was a devoted wife, and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was employed at Carteret Community College in administration for over 20 years and longtime member of Bogue Banks Baptist Church.
Diane is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Jim Zook; sons Daniel James Zook of Morehead City and Pete Zook and wife Annamarie of Morehead City; grandchildren, Peter John Zook II and wife Kristen Heather Bridgers Ainsworth and husband James, Daniel James Zook II, Mathew Parker Zook and wife Brigitte; great grandchildren, Isabella Faith Zook and Delaney Ann Ainsworth; and step grandchildren, Rebekah Wadsworth and husband Howell and son Finley and Ashley Fulcher and husband Don and daughter Carley.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Bridgers; and her parents, Richard and Annie Burke Mullen.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City, NC.
