Demi Madison Perez

Demi Madison Perez, Infant, daughter of Demis and Tracy Perez passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 at Carteret Health Care to be with God.

Demi only had a short moment of life but she was nicknamed “Sassy” by the nurses at Carteret Health Care due to her vivacious character in the womb and active nature during her mother’s pregnancy.

She is survived by her parents, Demis and Tracy Perez; two brothers, Demis Perez Jr. and Patrick Perez and one sister, Emma Perez all of the home; grandparents, Jan and Tony Ray of Emerald Isle and Juan Ibis Perez of Florida.
