David R. "Dave" Rickman, Sr.

Dave Rickman, 74, of Emerald Isle, died Saturday, September 6, 2014 peacefully at his home.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday at The Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Mumford officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Rickman of Emerald Isle; son, David Reid Rickman, Jr. of Siler City; two daughters, Melissa R. Cumber of Garner, and Kathryn Bunch of Cary; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Robert R. Rickman of Raleigh, and Thomas R. Rickman of Wrightsville Beach; three stepchildren; Donny Gilliam of Apex, Tracy Pratt of Newport, and Rhonda Gilliam of Beaufort; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howell and Ruby Rickman.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
