David Eugene Melke

David Eugene Melke, age 62, died at his residence on June 9, 2016.

David accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior three years ago and became of member of Victory Chapel Church and remained very actively involved in the church.

He is preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Caroline Melke, and a younger brother, Gary Melke and his wife Ann D. Melke.

He is survived by two sisters, Vicki Horne of New Bern; Leslie Griffin of Morehead City; two brothers, Richard Melke of Beaufort; Anthony Melke of Newport; his nieces, Brandy Zanella, Crystal Horne, Chelsey Moore; his nephews, Anthony Melke Jr., Kevin Melke, Kenneth Horne, Matthew Melke, Joshua Melke, Gary Dunn, Tyler Dunn and Brady Dunn.
