Dartha Georgina (Hardy) Norman

Dartha Georgina Norman, 72, of South River, died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of Edwards Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, and she sung in the choir.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, October 13, 2011, at Edwards Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in South River with Rev. Francis Garner officiating, Interment will follow at Lukens Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons Monnie Norman and wife Eve of South River and Jamie Norman and fiancee Ashley of South River; two sisters Frances Pittman of Beaufort, and Lois Edwards of South River; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren and three granddogs.
She was preceded in death by her husband Doris Lee Norman, and her parents Floyd and Una Hardy.
The family will receive friends 6pm-8pm Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at Munden Funeral Home, Morehead City NC.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Edwards Chapel Free Baptist Church 121 Hardy Ln. Beaufort, NC 28516.
