Dallas Grace Smith, 90, of Beaufort, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017, at Carteret House in Newport.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jim Elmore officiating. Interment will follow the service at Carteret Memorial Gardens.
Dallas was always known for her faithful dedication to God and her church. She loved people and children, and taught Sunday school for 14 years at Otway Christian church. She loved to spend time with her close friends and enjoyed going out to eat on Sundays.
She is survived by her brother, Donnie E. Gillikin and wife Leta of Smyrna; and nephews, Mark Gillikin and wife Angela of Otway and Donnie Wayne Gillikin of Beaufort.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Smith; and parents, Cicero and Alice Gillikin.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Munden Funeral Home.
