Dallas Daniel Guthrie, 71, of Harkers Island, died Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Carteret General Hospital.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday at Vergie Mae Cemetery with Rev. Brad Williams and Joel Hancock officiating.
Dallas is survived by his wife Barbara Guthrie of Harkers Island; step daughter Laura Frisbee and husband Bobby of Straits; step son Michael Damren of Fayetteville; and brother in-law Joe Dail of Robersonville.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dallas and Ollie Guthrie, and step father James Moore.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Monday at Munden Funeral Home.
