Cynthia "Cindy" Pollock McCausley

Cynthia “Cindy” Pollock McCausley, 69, of Newport, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, June 9, 2022.

Her memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 12th, at Munden Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Mitchell Parker. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.

Cynthia was born on March 2, 1953, in Carteret County, North Carolina, to the late Arthur Pollock and Leola Finney.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Robert McCausley; daughter, Jennifer McCausley-Sharpe and husband Steve; son, Mike McCausley and (Melanie Riddle); sister, Tina Pollock; brothers, Buddy Pollock (Dawn) and Danny Pollock (Michelle); grandchildren, Kyle Sadler (Kathryn Nelson), Stevie Sharpe (Alexis Hill), Brendan McCausley, and Ian and Cierra Goddard; numerous nieces and nephews; and their Salty Shores family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Janice Bowen and Darlene Woodard.
