Cynthia Pate, 53, passed away Saturday evening, August 19, 2017 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House of Newport surrounded by family.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Pastor Manley B. Rose, Jr..
She is survived by her companion and friend of 14 years, Albert Hibbs of New Bern; her mother, Lois Taylor of Beaufort; three sons, Lincoln Taylor and Derek and Matthew " Jerome" Pate, all of Beaufort; a daughter, Krystal Pate of Beaufort; Three brothers, Shaun Marshall of Goose Creek, SC, and Timothy and Garfield Taylor Jr, both of Beaufort; three grandchildren, Kendalyn Willis of Morehead City, and Liberty and Lily Pate both of Havelock; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will received friends 1:00 -2:00 pm Wednesday August 23, 2017 prior to the service at Munden Funeral Home .
