Cynthia Sue Lowry, 54, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at her home.

She is survived by her daughter, Jenna Lowry and husband Tim Oyler of Windermere, FL; sister, Teresa Reed and husband Jim of Manassas, VA; brother, Dewayne Huffstickler and wife Kathy of Front Royal, VA; grandson, Joseph Lowry; nieces, Corey Carlson and Michelle Reed; and nephews, Jacob Huffstickler and Matthew Huffstickler.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Dorothy Huffstickler.
