Crystal Rene' Guthrie, 32, of Newport, died Saturday March 16, 2013, at Carteret General Hospital.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at Gethsemane Memorial Park with Rev. Bob Lowery officiating.
She is survived by three sons Tyler Austin O'neal of Morehead City, Hunter Levi O'neal of Newport, and Benjamin Clayton Guthrie, Jr., of Morehead City: her parents Charles and Tammy Mercer of Newport: sisters Jessica Schrader Moore and husband Chris of Morehead City, and Tanya Lorrene Strayhorn and husband Jamie of Newport: brother Charles Mercer, Jr., and wife Shannon of Newport, and half brother Shawn Blasiman of Newport: step sisters Danita Jacobs of Newport, Tabatha Mercer of Newport, and Gladys Pittman of Newport: step brother Jeff Mercer of Newport: grandmother Edith Willis of Newport: nieces and nephews Jordon Moore, Brittney Moore, Hailey Strayhorn, and Riley Strayhorn: and aunts and uncles Samuel Blasiman of Beaufort, Richard Schrader and wife Edna of Newport, David Schrader of Atlantic Beach, and Edmond Willis III of Newport.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Tammy Lynn O'neal.
A visitation will held 6:00-8:00 Wednesday at Munden Funeral Home.
