Corrie Dwayne Gillikin, 56, of Beaufort, passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at his home.
His funeral service will be held Friday, December 1, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City, officiated by Pastor Ricky Rose. Interment will follow at Vergie Mae Cemetery on Harkers Island.
Corrie was a talented, natural born salesman who could sell anyone anything. He used that gift in the insurance field where he worked for over 20 years.
He is survived by his parents, Algernon Gillikin and Effie Gaskill Gillikin of Harkers Island; sister, Maruca Scruggs and husband Ron of Rockwell, NC, Maria Hartman and husband Richard of Greenwood, IN; brother, Algernon Carl Gillikin and wife Rhoda of Harkers Island; nieces, Lakesha, Mandy, Chelsea, Natalie, Savannah; nephew, Josh; and 3 great nieces.
Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City.
