Colleen Marie (Youngson) Bathurst

Colleen Marie Youngson Bathurst, 83, of Davis, died Sunday, January 20, 2013 at her home.
Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at First Baptist Church of Davis with Rev. Ed Renfrow officiating. Interment will follow at Oscar Davis Cemetery.
Mrs. Colleen was a member of the First Baptist Church of Davis, she sang in the choir, active and former treasurer of the Embrace Ladies Group. She loved her family and her church family.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, John Bathurst of the home; son, Patrick Bathurst of Currie; two daughters, Kathleen Bathurst of Wilmington and Maureen Murphy and husband Dale of Davis; three grandchildren, Joe Murphy and wife Kim, Tracy Melton, Katie Lilly and husband Daniel; five great-grandchildren, Christian Murphy Logan Murphy, Brandon Melton, Kiara Lilly and Zane Pyron; great-great-grandson, Jonathan Patrick Murphy; sister, Jackie Parker; two brothers, Tommy Youngson and Timmy Youngson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Eunice Murphy Youngson.
The family will receieve friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 930-B Wellness Dr, Greenville, NC 27834.
