Clyde O'Neal Salter

Clyde O’Neal Salter, 72, of Morehead City, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Carteret Healthcare.
Clyde was born and raised in Carteret County. He enjoyed time outdoors especially hunting and fishing. He liked his job of painting and in his spare time he enjoyed building miniature boats.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 14,2017, at Munden funeral Home with Brother Bob Lowery officiating.
Clyde is survived by his sons; Mark Salter and Brian Salter; step-daughter, Corina; brothers; Sam Salter; sister, Pansy Murdoch, Lavon Taylor, Bess Long; grandsons, Robert and Andy, many nephews and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his parents Leroy Salter and Minnie Fulcher Salter, and his wife Margie Taylor Salter.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 14,2017, at Munden Funeral Home in Morehead City.
