Clara Fay (Wade) Lewis

Clara Fay Wade Lewis, 84, of Marshallberg, passed away Sunday, August 05, 2018 at Crystal Bluffs Rehab in Morehead City.

A Funeral Service is at 3:00 pm on Sunday, August 12, 2018, at Marshallberg Baptist Church with the Reverend Randy Moore officiating.  Burial will follow at the Thru-the-Woods Cemetery.

Clara is survived by her son, Jim Lewis and wife Gail of Columbia, NC; granddaughters, Sarah Chandler Lewis of Norfolk, Va. and Sue Anne Lewis of Durham, NC; and loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband John “J.D.” Lewis, Jr.; son, Parks Lewis; parents, Earl and Emily Wade; sisters, Rosalie Willis, Joyce Mason, and Hazel Griffin; and brother, Clayton Wade.

The family will receive friends 2:00 – 3:00 pm Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Marshallberg Baptist Church.
