Christina Marie (Imperati) Della Cava

Christina Della Cava, 27, of Pine Knoll Shores, died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at UNC Chapel Hill.

The family will conduct a memorial service 11:00 am Friday at Glad Tidings Church.

Christina graduated from Ridgewood High School, and Craven Community College with a associates degree in biology. She was a Police Officer with the Morehead City Police Department for over three years, and was a valued member of the community. She will be greatly missed by her brothers and sisters in blue mostly by officer Michael Bishop.

She is survived by her husband Allen Della Cava of Newport; a daughter Jozelyn Rose Della Cava of Newport; mother Petra Imperati of Florida; and a brother PJ Imperati of Florida.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to education fund for Jozelyn Della Cava to any Wells Fargo or mailed to Morehead City Police Department at 202 South 8th Str. Morehead City, NC 28557.
